What Saraki said: Yesterday, in an interview with Arise Television, Saraki remarked that the LP lacks candidates to fill the legislative seats, therefore if the party wins the presidential election, things would not go well.

Peter Obi’s response: In a swift response, however, the spokesperson for the Obi-Datti movement, Kenneth Okonkwo, who made an appearance on the same platform on Tuesday morning, January 17, 2023, claimed that the structures being boasted about by the Peoples Democratic Party (PDP) and the All Progressives Congress (APC) are those of crime, destitution, insecurity, a lack of fuel, and poor leadership.

He claimed that Obi was entering to demolish these buildings and lead the nation to a new level of productivity and exportation.
