Alhaji Atiku Abubakar, the People’s Democratic Party’s (PDP) presidential candidate, urged Nasarawa residents to support him in the 2023 elections because, if elected, he will improve the state’s infrastructure.
The PDP is currently having a presidential campaign rally in Lafia, Nasarawa state, which Vanguard is covering. The former vice president said this there.
“I want to thank the Nassarawa people for this support,” he stated. I want to reaffirm our commitment to helping women and young people find jobs in Nigeria. My administration will put aside $10 billion for this reason because of this.
The PDP presidential contender added that if elected, he “would build up Nasarawa’s infrastructure.”
The PDP Chairman, Iyorcha Ayu, projected that Atiku will prevail in the country’s north-central geopolitical region in the upcoming general election.
The party is on track to win the next general election, so the party chairman invited those who had defected to come back and join the winning team.
“Northcentral will give Atiku the majority of its support. I predict that Atiku would receive 95% of the vote in Nasarawa.
“In 1998, we set off on our voyage from Nasarawa.
“I kindly request that everyone who has left the party return to it and join the winning train.
Ayu urged his followers in Nasarawa to cast their votes for all state legislators.
