Paul Okoye, a member of the music duo P Square from Nigeria, has stated he was divorced and had been single for four years before meeting Ifeoma, his partner.
During a Tuesday Instagram live session with his followers, the artist let his followers know about this.
In response to some questions regarding his previous relationship with Anita, the mother of his three children, Okoye decided to answer.
Prior to meeting Ifeoma, he revealed that he had been divorced for a long time and had been single for four years.
I’ve been divorced for a very long period, and I’ve been single for four years, he declared. I didn’t get divorced till I met Ifeoma.
Since he revealed his new younger partner on social media, the musician has been making headlines for a week.
The couple’s divorce proceedings were concluded on December 20 by an Abuja High Court in Maitama, Federal Capital Territory, with five allegations made against Paul by Anita.
Paul and Anita met when they were undergraduates at the University of Abuja in 2004.
They tied the knot on March 22, 2014, in Port Harcourt, Rivers State.
Three children—Andre, born in 2013, and Nathan and Nadia, twins—were born as a result of their union.
